I added the form by using the Site Add-on and selecting Interactive Features, then Form.

Link to copyright and plagiarism file. How did I do that?

Click on Site Add-on > Multimedia > File Download > click Upload and browse to the file. Rename file so that there are no spaces and no symbols (apostrophe, hypen, etc.). This is for any kind of file--Word docs, PPT, other.

Links can only be made to web pages, other site pages, or email.
